I’ve ordered from WTSO quite a few times now, the deliveries have been really consistent. Not much drama there, which is kind of exactly what I want.

The bottles usually arrive when they’re supposed to, and the tracking is easy enough to keep an eye on. It’s not anything fancy or over the top… it just works, and I appreciate that.
I did have one box show up a day late once, but everything was packed well and arrived in good shape, so it wasn’t a big deal. I’ll definitely keep ordering from them.

Shipping was cheap, and I can’t say I wasn’t happy with it. Nice overall.

They did reply to my email and kept me in the loop about my order, which I appreciated. One response took a little longer than I expected, so that was slightly frustrating. Overall the communication was good, but I’m still a bit unsure about the overall quality until I’ve had more time with the product.

The only thing I noticed was one corner of the outside box was a little dented, but the bottles themselves were totally fine. I’m happy with it overall, though I’m curious if other people have had their boxes show up looking a little roughed up too.

I’ve had too many times on other sites where I find something, decide on it, and then get the dreaded “out of stock” email later. So now my brain basically shortcut-labels WTSO as the safer bet.

They usually have a solid mix too, not just the same handful of bottles every time. It makes shopping feel easy, like I can browse for a few minutes, trust what I’m seeing, and move on without turning it into a whole research project.
