Outstanding service. Had 2-3 mixed cases ordered during summer months. I said "ship" in September and two days later on my doorsteps. Prompt responses to questions. One corked bottle (a $45 bottle) replaced with no discussion. Need to be careful: they repeat "wine of the day" posts which can lead unwanted reordering.

"Good customer service"
They've reshipped wines out to me very expediently; always quick to respond. I've been happy with most of the wines I've ordered; you just have to remember there's a reason the wines are on sale, which could include reaching maximal ageability (or not). Love their customer service.
